Refund policy

  • Applies to: unopened “like new” yarn with receipt
Bought the wrong color? Wanted a different dye lot? Bring it by the store with your receipt or send us an email with a copy of your order. We do not accept refunds on yarn that has been significantly altered from its original form (wound, disrepair, etc).
  • Return period: 60 days
Our 60-day return policy begins from the original purchase date right here in our store.
  • Form of return: store credit only
  • Excludes: needles, sale items, books, magazines, patterns, special orders
We don't accept the return of many items other than yarn. If you have doubts, don't hesitate to ask a staff member through email or in person.
  • Return shipping policy: customers are responsible
