Cancellation Policy
Auntie Zaza's provides a range of classes for various ages, time, and occasions. While we love spending time with the community in this way, we understand that life can happen. For this reason, we expect that, in the event of a conflict, everyone will follow these simple rules.
In general, we have a 48-hour notice policy. If you would like to unenroll from a workshop or series, call at least 48 hours in advance to get a full refund. If you need to miss a class, notify us more than 48 hours in advance. This helps us to keep track of the class capacity and potentially fill the open spots.
If you're running late to a class, please call to let the instructor know. They will be more able to catch you up when you arrive. If you are more than 15 minutes late and there are no other students, the class will be cancelled.
In the event that an instructor cannot attend a class for whatever reason (inclement weather, illness, injury, etc), the class will be rescheduled at a later date.
All refunds will be awarded in the form of store credit or a transfer into another class of your choosing. Please call in advance to schedule your transfer.
